The trial run, conducted at the company's automated production facility, produced a full batch of the custom-formulated three-chamber dishwashing pods, designed to deliver powerful cleaning, rinsing, and drying performance in a single-dose format. The production line achieved 100% yield rate for critical parameters, including PVA film sealing integrity, chamber separation, and formula stability, while meeting all U.S. regulatory standards for household cleaning products.
The dishwashing pods, each featuring three separate chambers for detergent, rinse aid, and drying agent, utilize biodegradable water-soluble film and are formulated to dissolve completely in all water temperatures. The trial production verified the facility's capacity to produce the pods at scale, with consistent quality control and packaging efficiency.
